"Stonehenge is the oldest Monument in Engand. There is nothing like it anywhere
in the world. It was built and extended between 2200 Bc and 1300 Bc. It is made of
large blocks of stone that were moved from the montains of Wales, an enormous task
as each one weighs 25 tons! We think that it was used as a temple to the sun. All that
is left is two circles of stones with cross peices on the top surrounded by earth banks.
There is evidence that there was once wooden buildings and fences all around.
The whole thing is about 300 feet across." by Thomas from United Kingdom , 1994

Manisha from Mauritius : Firstly a good archeologist has to be tolerant of discomfort when working in the feild and he/she must have a broad background in natural sciences.

Will I have to practice a lot to become an archaeologist? Go to special schools?
