Using External Links

Art by Rodrigo Gonzales, Uruguay

Regularly, we are invited to "cross-link" with other web sites. Typically, the invitation says: "We would be pleased to link to your site, if you would post links to our site on your web pages." However, Kidlink does not participate in such exchange programs.

Your web pages may have links to other web sites when such links are necessary to enhance or support your Kidlink language area's dialog between kids. Example: a page with recommended links used by one of our educational program, like Who-Am-I?

Otherwise, links to other web sites requires approval by the Executive Director on a case to case basis.

Your web pages must not contain banner advertisements from sponsors. Kidlink recognizes all sponsors through through our special Sponsor Recognition Pages. Use the sponsor report form to tell us about contributions in your area that should be recognized.

Please include a link to "Kidlink's sponsors" prominently at the bottom of all your web pages the way it has been done below.
