Instant Messaging

Click at "Who is where?" in KidCom. A list of those in KidCom now will open. By the name of persons you may chat with, there will be the instant messaging icon. Click at to invite the person to "talk" privately with you. The system will ask : "Do you want to start a private chat with nickname?". Click yes, and the other person will be called. The other person will be asked:: "You have been invited to a private chat by nickname, do you want to accept it?" If the person has time to talk with you, she/he will click OK, and your discussion can start. Anytime, also after the other person has left, you may "Save this chat" as plain text on your local disk. When one of you leaves the private chat, the other person will be told by a "nickname has left". Back
