Creating and maintaining these pages is a daunting task. Also, it is so uncomfortably easy to forget trusted volunteers who should be included. We must therefore ask help from everybody involved.

 Nominations are submitted by each volunteer's manager. Candidates must have worked in Kidlink for more than one year, and their contributions must be substantial.

Nominations must be submitted in html (using the form below, and contain the following information:

• Name, place, country
• A nice photo (preferably as a .JPEG file)
• Web address of home page, if existing
• A list of contributions modelled after the recognition at http://www.kidlink.org/english/society/honors/wheeler.html . Please compare notes with the volunteer for correctness before submitting.

Send the text in a mail to Kidlink's Executive Director for approval and posting, then fill out and send him the date using this blank form. Include the photo as attachment.

If you are forgotten

Please talk with your manager. Include a list of your contributions. Do not expect your manager to know  or remember all details.

 The criteria for inclusion contains a quantitative and a qualitative item: the period involved, and the term "substantial contribution." Please do not feel discouraged by Dan Wheeler's listing. Discuss your chances with your manager, and learn what she feels about your contributions to Kidlink. Your contributions need not be that monumental to qualify.

Updates

Once listed, please assume personal responsibility for making sure the contents of your "diploma" is correct. Write me if something needs to be corrected.
