Convince Them!

To make politicians understand the importance of No More Alcohol Abuse, you must say it in new, interesting, funny or exciting ways. You must provide evidence that stopping alcohol abuse is important (to the politicians themselves).

Tell politicians that a huge number of kids are against alcohol abuse. Show them what kids in Kidlink say about the issue. Help make our list longer by adding more names! Surprise newspaper readers, radio listeners, or TV viewers with the number of kids you have found; changes in the number of kids with this dream for the future by year; interesting things they have said (including what they suggest may be done!). Seek collaboration with other Kidlink kids:
  • journalists/writers - to communicate with all media, and more.
  • artists - funny, exciting, convincing pictures, movies, sculptures, whatever
  • KidTech - maybe they can make software to better analyze and present what you find?
  • acting - Make plays to promote No Alcohol Abuse in Flash over the internet? Maybe they have some other funny or exciting idea? Humour is a strong weapon
  • dance - performance artists always get attention - even by politicians - and they often have freedom to decide the contents of what they show. What about a No More Alcohol Abuse Dance?
  • fashion - Think about it: What if one million kids were walking down the streets with clearly No Alcohol Abuse clothes on? What an advertisement of your opinion!
