
Proposed Incentive Plans For KHouse Staff
| Objectives: Motivate the KHouse staff
to collectively make an extra effort to motivate teachers to use
Who-Am-I? in the critical first year of operations: by
invitations, training sessions, presentations, on-the-job support, etc.
Strategy for the first year: Recognize results by paying incentives in months when a KHouse reaches the following targets.
Note: The number of teachers who will get an award will be limited. "Qualify for an award" means teachers that satisfy the criteria for an award regardless of whether they get one or not. The incentive is payable to each staff member (Manager, Pedagogical support, Psycho Social support, Technical support) for months in which the target is reached. |
